SHIPPING INFORMATION
Products purchased on this website are shipped throughout Italy, including the islands, and throughout Europe.
For orders placed by credit card, in addition to the standard shipping times, please allow one additional business day for routine administrative checks.
In any case, products will be delivered within 30 days of the order, in accordance with the law.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free in Italy for orders of 80€ or more , and returns—in the event of a damaged product—are free.
For purchases under 80€, shipping costs will be calculated based on the total weight of the items in your cart.
For the rest of Europe, shipping costs will always be calculated based on the total weight of the items in your cart.

IMPORTANT INFOS
To ensure your order is delivered correctly, we recommend that you provide an address where someone is always available to receive the package (for example: the front desk of your building, your office, a neighbor’s home, or a business near your residence).
You must provide a phone number so that the courier can contact you if they are unable to make the delivery.
Couriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes or post offices.
If you are not home, the courier will leave a delivery notice; if you do not contact the courier at the phone number listed on the notice, the courier will make another delivery attempt.
After the second attempt, if the issue with the undelivered package remains unresolved, the goods will be returned to the sender, and we will issue a refund via your chosen payment method.
INFORMATION ON REFUNDS
If, for any reason, the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase, he or she has the right to cancel the order, without penalty, within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the products. The right of withdrawal must be exercised by sending, within the aforementioned deadline (failure to do so will result in forfeiture of this right), a written notice via email to gianni.ciociola@tiscali@.it clearly stating the intention to withdraw from the purchase, which must be accompanied by photographs. If the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal, they must also arrange, at their own expense, for the return of the goods in INTACT CONDITION (SEALED AS IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, UNOPENED PACKAGES) and UNUSED (in their original packaging). The return must be made no later than 14 business days to the address at Via Martiri di Via Fani 5, 71030 Mattinata.
Under no circumstances will cash-on-delivery or freight-collect packages be accepted. If the right of withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with these instructions, the Seller will refund the Customer the amounts paid for the purchase of the goods (excluding the costs associated with returning the goods, which remain the responsibility of the Customer, and the cases specified below) within 30 days. The right of withdrawal (and the resulting refund of the purchase price) is excluded for products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly, as well as for sealed products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or reasons related to health protection and that have been opened after delivery.
If, upon delivery, the goods are found to have defects (e.g., broken packaging, fresh products with a temperature higher than that indicated), Olearia Ciociola undertakes to issue a refund following prior notification by the customer via email to gianni.ciociola@tiscali.it, duly accompanied by images confirming the customer’s report. The refund will consist of the amount paid for the damaged product.
These Terms do not apply to purchases of Products that are not sourced directly from Fattoria della Mandorla but are supplied through a retailer (in which case the terms established by the retailer apply), nor if the purchase is made for commercial, business, artisanal, or professional use (in which case Fattoria della Mandorla’s Commercial Terms of Sale for Business Customers apply). The purchase is for personal use, not for resale.
