Bank Transfer

You can pay for your order by making an advance bank transfer to the account details below:

You will also receive these same account details in your order confirmation email; please include the order number listed in the email as the payment description.

This payment method slows down the processing of your order because, before shipping the items you have purchased, we will wait for the amount to be credited to our account, which must occur within 7 business days of the date you receive the order confirmation email.
Once this period has elapsed, the order will be considered canceled (you will receive a notification via email).

The payment description must include: order number, order date, and the first and last name of the person placing the order (if different from the name of the account holder from whom the transfer originates).
We recommend that you send us proof of the transfer (a paper receipt or online transfer confirmation) once the transfer has been made.

The shipping times—that is, the time when the courier picks up the product—as indicated in the Technical Specifications, will begin on the date the transfer is received in our account (and not on the date the order was placed).

Paypal Account

If you already have a PayPal account and decide to make a purchase using this method, after submitting your order you will be redirected to the PayPal checkout page (a secure SSL-protected transaction), where you will simply need to enter the login credentials you chose when you registered with PayPal.

If the payment is successful, PayPal will place a hold on the amount for your purchase in your account and simultaneously send us confirmation of your order.

At the time of ordering, the total amount is only “reserved” on your PayPal account (AUTHORIZATION); we will not actually charge your account until the day after the ordered merchandise is shipped.

At no point during the purchase process do we have access to your credit card information or other payment methods stored in your PayPal wallet.

Credit Card (via PayPal)

When customers select “Pay with a credit card” at checkout, they enter their credit card information into a secure electronic banking system provided by PayPal.

To pay with your credit card without a PayPal account, click the “Credit or Debit Card” button and fill in the fields with your credit card information to complete the payment. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make the payment.

All transactions are processed through PayPal’s secure server, ensuring maximum data protection for Profumeria Sbrascini customers.
We are in no way authorized to request or accept credit card numbers and/or expiration dates.

In the event of a cancellation of the entire order or part thereof, the amount will be refunded to the card used by the customer.
After the refund has been processed, under no circumstances can we be held liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by a delay or failure on the part of the bank, postal service, or credit institution to release the refunded amount.

If the shipping address provided in the order does not match the shipping address on file with PayPal, we will ship the merchandise to the address listed on PayPal.
